Note: It is indeed crucial to sterilize microneedling cartridges prior to each submission to maintain safety and hygiene. Follow these steps meticulously to ensure proper sterilization:
- Gather all necessary sterilization supplies, including gloves, an isopropyl alcohol solution (70% or higher), and a clean container for the solution.
- Wear gloves throughout the process to prevent contamination of the cartridges.
- Inspect your cartridge carefully; ensure that all needles are intact (not bent) and free from debris.
- Pour sufficient alcohol solution into your container and immerse the needle end of the cartridge in it for several minutes.
- If using a spray bottle with alcohol solution,you can mist it directly onto the needle head of the cartridge instead.
- After completing sterilization, allow the cartridge to air dry before proceeding with use.

Attaching the Cartridge
Power off the device.
Remove the cartridge from the pouch; avoid touching the tip.
Align the connector and click/lock per your device manual—do not force.
Confirm a secure fit (no wobble/misalignment) before powering on.
