Dr. Pen M8S cartridge compatibility checklist

Before adding cartridges to cart, match the model label, connector shape and pin count. Pin count alone is not enough because different device families can use different locking shapes.

• Connector shape: compare the underside tabs and lock position with your device before opening the sealed pack.
• Model label: confirm the device says Dr. Pen M8S or the exact model named on the product page.
• Pin count: 12, 18, 24, 36 and 42 pin options change coverage density; round and square nano tips are separate finishing choices.
• Single-use sterile reminder: keep cartridges sealed until use, use a fresh cartridge for each session, and do not reuse opened tips.
• Shipping and returns: orders ship with tracking to the US, Canada and Australia; unopened wrong-model items follow the posted return policy.
